C5 Aliphatic Resins
Teckrez C5 series piperylene-based resins exhibit low color and odor, narrow molecular weight distribution and low polarity. Major uses include pressure sensitive adhesives based on SIS and natural rubber, hot melt adhesives, butyl sealants, wax and other compounds.

C9 Aromatic Resins
Teckrez C9 series resins for adhesive, paint, coating, rubber compounding, printing ink and other applications. Higher softening point C940 and C950 grades provide fast dry properties in inks and coatings and are useful as end block reinforcing resins in SBC (block polymer) applications.

Hydrogenated HYDROCARBON Resins
Teckrez HF-100 series Premium, fully hydrogenated C9 hydrocarbon resins with water-white color, very low odor, and excellent resistance to thermal oxidative and UV degradation. Compatibility is excellent with SEBS, SIS, polyolefin, lower vinyl acetate EVA, and other polymers. Low viscosity, narrow molecular weight distribution, and range of higher softening points (100-140°C) enable a wide range of performance and use. Some examples are clear sealants, high-performance tape and label PSA's, and holt melt adhesives where color and pot stability are very important.

Teckrez HM-1000 series Styrenated, hydrogenated hydrocarbon resins used where water-white color, excellent heat stability, and a degree of polarity are beneficial. The combination of hydrogenation and polarity makes these resins useful in EVA-based hot melt adhesives where increased pot stability is desired. EVA hot melts formulated with HM-1000 series resins provide better specific adhesion and similar pot stability when compared to a metallocene polyolefin-based hot melt. Other applications include hot melt PSA's, premium aerosol adhesives, wax compounding, and others.

Partially Hydrogenated C9 series HM-1002 is a low color resin which retains aromatic character making it a cost effective choice for EVA hot melts, pressure sensitive adhesives, wax compounding, and special coatings applications. Teckrez HS-100 is a very low color, highly stable grade for use where fillers and pigments are incorporated such as colored hot melts, road marking, and other applications.
