JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA – Teckrez Inc. announced today that Chris Armstrong has joined the tackifier resin and acrylic monomer company as Technical Account Manager.
Armstrong holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from the College of Charleston and a Master of Science degree in chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He joins Teckrez from a commercial sales position with Alphamin Inc., a Brenntag company.
Armstrong previously worked at Ingevity (formerly MeadWestvaco) for seven years in the pine chemicals industry doing both applications testing and synthesis work centered on rosin acids/rosin esters. He was largely responsible for the adhesive tackifier product line with experience in many different markets.
